New Clan Commissioner

It is with great pleasure that I can announce that Kyle MacLea has agreed to be our new Commissioner to help establish a properly constituted Clan Society.

This will not impact on the existing Society in Australia and New Zealand, although eventually we will want a few regional societies formed wherever there is sufficient interest to operate under a global umbrella.

I would like to be the first to congratulate Kyle and wish him every success.

He will need much help and I hope he can count on your support.

Many thanks to Bachuil for the chance to serve, and to all of you for the congratulations! I am encouraged to get something off the ground, and I know there are many friends here on the Forum who will step up and help me--because I'll certainly need it!

I've got some time this Saturday, and I will hopefully get to work then on some of my thoughts on the Society. Our plan is to start getting dues-payment up and running and finalize the (minimal) details on the Society needed to get things started. We're almost there!
